Requirements:
3-6 years' experience in L2 desktop / IT support.
Strong hands-on experience with macOS (enterprise environment).
Good understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, WiFi issues and switching) and firewalls (security + network control).
Experience handling VIP users/leadership support.
Exposure to onboarding and offboarding at scale.
Familiar with Jira or similar ticketing tools.
An immediate joiner or a less than 30-day notice period is preferred.
