We are looking for a highly driven and product-focused AI product manager who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world customer impact. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building AI-first products, defining product strategy, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable AI experiences.
Responsibilities:
Define vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for AI-powered products and features.
Work closely with engineering and AI teams to build scalable, user-centric AI experiences.
Drive product discovery, user research, and data-driven prioritisation.
Create detailed PRDs, specs, user flows, and AI feature requirements.
Design AI interaction patterns, fallback experiences, and guardrails for reliable user outcomes.
Partner with legal/privacy teams to ensure AI safety, compliance, and governance standards.
Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and product KPIs for AI features.
Contribute to AI architecture discussions around RAG, multi-agent systems, and orchestration workflows.
Requirements:
4+ years of product management experience with exposure to AI/ML-driven products.
Strong understanding of LLMs, GenAI, RAG, prompting, hallucination handling, and AI evaluation metrics.
Experience working with AI tools like Cursor, Claude, Figma AI, SpecKit, or similar platforms.
Ability to write structured prompts, system instructions, and AI product requirements.
Strong analytical mindset with exposure to SQL, A/B testing, dashboards, and product analytics.
Understanding of AI model trade-offs, latency, safety, explainability, and cost optimisation.
Strong stakeholder management and execution skills across cross-functional teams.
