We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager - Mobile to lead high-performing mobile engineering teams and drive scalable product development for a fast-growing B2C/D2C business.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor Android and iOS engineering teams (20+ members).
Drive end-to-end mobile application development and delivery.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams for product strategy execution.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications.
Define engineering best practices, architecture standards, and delivery processes.
Manage sprint planning, team hiring, performance management, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure timely delivery with a strong focus on user experience and business impact.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in mobile application development.
Strong experience in B2C/D2C product-based companies.
Expertise in Native Android and/or iOS development.
Proven experience managing large engineering teams.
Strong understanding of scalable mobile architecture and Agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Experience in E-commerce, Internet, or Consumer Tech platforms.
Exposure to high-scale user-facing applications.
