Must-Have Skills:

Python (1+ year, production experience).
Python web frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
REST / GraphQL API development.
LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs).

Core agent patterns: tool use, function calling, RAG, memory, and multi-step planning.
