Performance Test Engineer - AI

We are looking for an AI Performance Test Engineer to evaluate, optimize, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of AI-powered applications and platforms. The role involves performance testing of APIs, AI/ML services, LLM-based applications, and distributed systems under varying workloads.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for AI-driven applications.
Analyze system performance bottlenecks across frontend, backend, APIs, and AI models.
Validate response times, throughput, concurrency, and system stability.
Test AI/LLM workflows, inference latency, and streaming responses.
Work closely with development, DevOps, and AI/ML teams to optimize performance.
Create performance reports, benchmarks, and recommendations.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
Experience with performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6 and Locust.
Strong understanding of API performance testing, Distributed systems and microservices, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI applications.
Knowledge of monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic.
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
4-7 years of performance testing experience.
Experience testing AI-enabled systems is preferred.
