Senior Product Manager 2

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager 2 who sits between senior IC ownership and group-level leadership. You bring deep AI product experience, have led complex multi-stakeholder initiatives, and are ready to start influencing product strategy beyond your immediate squad. You will own critical Agentic AI product areas end-to-end while beginning to mentor and shape the broader PM team.
Responsibilities:
Own and drive the end-to-end roadmap for one or more Agentic AI product areas.
Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI features at scale.
Work closely with AI architects and senior engineers on RAG pipelines, multi-agent frameworks, LLM evaluation, and AI governance.
Define and own OKRs, success metrics, and evaluation frameworks for AI products.
Drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups: engineering, business, legal, design, and data teams.
Write detailed PRDs with architecture context, data flows, and edge case handling.
Conduct competitive analysis and translate market insights into product strategy.
Begin influencing cross-squad product decisions and contributing to org-level roadmap discussions.
Mentor junior and mid-level PMs within the team.
Represent the product function in senior leadership and executive discussions.
Requirements:
8-10 years of product management experience with at least 3 years on AI/ML or analytics products.
Background from analytics companies Mu Sigma, EXL, Fractal, Tiger Analytics, Tredence, LatentView, Quantiphi, TheMathCompany, AbsolutData, Sigmoid, Dunnhumby, ZS Associates, or Axtria.
Deep understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, multi-agent systems, and AI evaluation.
Proven ability to own complex AI products end-to-end in production at scale.
Strong experience with OKRs, roadmapping, and managing 3-5 stakeholder groups simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including exec-ready presentations.
Good to Have:
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks.
Experience with LLM evaluation tools, Ragas, LangSmith, or similar.
Exposure to vector databases, Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
Familiarity with responsible AI, compliance, and AI safety frameworks.
Experience working on global-scale AI products across multiple geographies.
