We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Appium and hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered testing tools and automation techniques. The ideal candidate should have worked in a product-based company, building scalable mobile automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality Android and iOS applications through modern testing practices.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust mobile automation frameworks using Appium.
Automate functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end test scenarios for Android and iOS applications.
Integrate AI-driven testing solutions to improve test creation, maintenance, defect prediction, and test optimisation.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure product quality throughout the SDLC.
Execute automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines and analyse test results.
Identify, report, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution.
Optimise automation scripts for performance, stability, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews and promote automation best practices across teams.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in Mobile Test Automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Appium.
Experience in automating Android and iOS applications.
Proficiency in Java or Python.
Experience with Selenium WebDriver and API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
Strong understanding of mobile testing frameworks and automation design patterns.
Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools or AI-assisted automation.
Familiarity with GenAI/LLM-based QA workflows, AI-assisted test case generation, self-healing automation, or intelligent test maintenance.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good to Have:
Experience with cloud-based device testing platforms such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or LambdaTest.
Experience with performance or API automation testing.
Knowledge of mobile application security testing.
Exposure to AI agents or intelligent QA automation frameworks.
Mandatory Requirements:
5-7 years of relevant experience in Mobile Test Automation.
Hands-on expertise in Appium is mandatory.
Experience working in a Product-Based company is mandatory.
Experience with AI-powered testing or GenAI-enabled QA automation is mandatory.
