Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation frameworks for Android and iOS applications.
Build and execute mobile automation test suites using Appium.
Leverage Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI-powered testing tools to improve test creation, execution, maintenance, and defect analysis.
Develop AI-assisted testing workflows to enhance automation efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software releases.
Analyse test results, identify defects, and work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues.
Continuously optimise automation frameworks by adopting modern AI-driven testing practices.
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in QA automation / SDET / mobile automation.
Hands-on experience with Appium (Mandatory).
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI (Mandatory).
Strong experience with generative AI and AI-powered development/testing tools (mandatory).
Experience using AI assistants for automation development, test generation, debugging, and productivity improvements.
Strong experience in mobile automation testing (Android and iOS).
Proficiency in Java and/or Python.
Experience with API testing.
Good understanding of automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
Experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Good to Have:
Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks or autonomous testing workflows.
Experience with cloud-based mobile testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc. ).
Knowledge of Docker and containerised testing environments.
Experience with performance or security testing.
Basic SQL and database testing knowledge.
