We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang (70%) and working knowledge of Java (30%) to build scalable, high-performance backend applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing distributed systems, REST APIs, cloud-native applications, and database optimisation. The role requires someone who can develop new services in Golang while supporting and enhancing existing Java-based applications.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang.
Support, enhance, and maintain existing Java applications and services.
Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices for enterprise-grade applications.
Design scalable and resilient distributed systems.
Optimise application performance, memory usage, and database queries.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards.
Collaborate with Frontend Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA, and Product teams.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent solutions.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Ensure application security, reliability, and high availability.
Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
