Software Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Golang to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and microservices that support high-volume applications. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java and Golang.
Build and enhance microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following engineering best practices.
Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust software solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation initiatives.
Ensure adherence to security, coding, and operational standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
4.5 - 6 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8/11/17) and hands-on experience with Golang.
Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Good understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra.
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
