Full Stack Engineer - AI

We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer (Full Stack) with hands-on experience in building production-ready AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development expertise and the ability to build scalable AI solutions from backend intelligence to frontend experiences.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered full-stack applications.
Build and optimise LLM- and RAG-based solutions for real-world business use cases.
Develop scalable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces.
Integrate AI models into production-ready applications.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
Optimise application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and AI engineering.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in AI engineering or full-stack development.
Strong hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs).
Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Good understanding of machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP).
Experience in full-stack development (frontend and backend).
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
Experience with AI agent frameworks or agentic AI.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
Experience with Vector Databases and Embedding Models.
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
