We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and API development. The ideal candidate will have experience building secure, scalable microservices and cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and integrate secure REST APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
Design APIs and integrate with API Gateway solutions.
Implement authentication and authorisation using OAuth2/OIDC and JWT.
Develop cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices.
Requirements:
5-8 years of backend development experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, API design, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
Hands-on experience with API Gateway integration.
Good understanding of OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and API security.
Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
