We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer - AI with strong expertise in Python and agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems, integrating large language models (LLMs), and developing autonomous AI agents for enterprise-scale applications.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python.
Build production-ready Agentic AI solutions using modern AI frameworks.
Develop autonomous AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and intelligent automation systems.
Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar foundation models into business applications.
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Backend, and DevOps to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Ensure AI applications follow best practices for security, observability, and production deployment.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in AI.
Strong hands-on experience in Python (Mandatory).
Strong experience in agentic AI development (mandatory).
Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Hands-on experience with LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or pgvector.
Good understanding of REST APIs, backend development, and microservices architecture.
Experience deploying AI applications in production environments.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with FastAPI or similar Python frameworks.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, and AI observability tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and system design skills.
