Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end finance function, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
Manage day-to-day accounting.
Lead monthly closures, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
Drive budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Build financial models and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Monitor cash flows and runway, and implement cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure all statutory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax, ROC filings).
Handle financial, tax, and audit due diligence (DD) processes.
Work closely with founders on fundraising, financial strategy, and decision-making
Directly interact with investors, stakeholders, and clients to explain financials and business performance.
