Role Description The Technical Project Manager role is a temporary, on-site position based in Lucknow, responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects within defined timelines and budgets. This role involves managing project scope, schedules, and resources, while working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and track progress. The Technical Project Manager will lead project meetings, identify risks and dependencies, and maintain clear documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs. Day-to-day activities include monitoring milestones, resolving blockers, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring that technical deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills for planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate risks, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess Team Leadership capabilities to guide project teams, delegate tasks, and promote collaboration.
Experience managing technical or software development projects, preferably in a digital or IT services environment.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and manage multiple initiatives within tight deadlines.
