Role Description The Ex-Banking role at Class India Company is a full-time hybrid position based in Ludhiana, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The role involves applying prior banking experience to support financial operations, client account management, and process improvement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities may include reviewing financial documents, assisting with client queries, supporting risk and compliance checks, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline workflows. The individual will also help implement best practices from the banking sector to enhance service quality, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Prior experience in banking or financial services, with exposure to customer service, account management, or branch operations.
Strong understanding of basic financial products, documentation, and regulatory compliance relevant to the banking sector.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfort working with digital tools, databases, and internal systems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to clients and colleagues.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in banking or finance are an advantage.
Familiarity with Indian financial regulations and local market practices in Ludhiana will be beneficial.
