Responsibilities:
Sell a variety of domestic holiday packages and travel experiences to customers based on their preferences, budget, and needs.
Advise clients on different holiday destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities within the country.
Provide expert knowledge of travel destinations, seasonal offers, and exclusive deals for domestic holidays.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Assist customers in selecting, customising, and booking travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.
Respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, offers, and travel packages within the domestic travel market.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently.
Promote additional services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and add-ons to enhance the customer's travel experience.
