Sales Consultant

We are hiring a motivated Travel Sales Consultant who can handle end-to-end travel bookings while actively driving sales and revenue through travel packages and services.
Responsibilities:
Handle international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
Promote and sell international travel packages to potential customers.
Convert inbound and outbound travel inquiries into successful sales.
Assist customers with itinerary planning and customized travel solutions.
Provide accurate details on visa requirements, travel policies, and documentation.
Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and clients for smooth travel arrangements.
Manage cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds efficiently.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
Maintain proper records of bookings, leads, and client interactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in travel sales or travel operations.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of international travel processes and booking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with travel tools/software.
