Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-availability backend services.
Lead backend architecture decisions and drive system design discussions.
Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.
Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system observability.
Drive adoption of best practices in backend engineering, security, and testing.
Requirements:
5-10 years of strong experience in backend development.
Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java, C#, Python, Node.js, Go, etc. ).
Strong experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
Hands-on experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
