Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure security and data protection across backend systems.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Java / Python / Node.js / Go / C#).
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL, like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
