Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee and coordinate day-to-day civil works on project sites in Amroha, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and safely. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves monitoring construction activities, checking levels and measurements, and verifying alignment with engineering drawings and specifications. The role includes supervising contractors, managing site resources, and identifying and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The Site Civil Engineer will prepare and maintain site reports, support planning and scheduling of activities, and liaise with project managers and design teams to keep progress on track. The position also requires adherence to safety standards, quality control procedures, and local regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply drawings, specifications, and standards.
Experience working as a Civil Engineer on construction or infrastructure projects, preferably with exposure to site supervision.
Skills in project Planning, including scheduling, resource coordination, and progress monitoring.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage design principles relevant to site development and infrastructure works.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Familiarity with industry software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar tools) and basic MS Office proficiency.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety practices.
Ability to work on-site in Amroha, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contractors.
