Role Description The Manager, Admission Outreach is a full-time remote role responsible for driving student recruitment and engagement across target regions. This role oversees outreach campaigns, including digital, telephonic, and virtual event-based initiatives, to generate and nurture leads through the entire admissions funnel. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and academic teams to develop outreach plans, conducting information sessions and webinars, responding to prospective student inquiries, and tracking conversions using CRM or admissions software. The manager will analyze outreach performance data, prepare periodic reports, and refine strategies to improve application and enrollment rates. The role also involves building relationships with schools, colleges, training centers, and other partners to expand the university’s reach while ensuring all communication aligns with the institution’s values and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in admissions, student recruitment, or education outreach, preferably in higher education or skills training environments.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to conduct webinars, virtual counseling sessions, and clear written communication for diverse audiences.
Proficiency with CRM systems, lead management tools, and basic data analysis to monitor pipelines, conversions, and outreach performance.
Solid understanding of digital outreach methods, including email campaigns, social media engagement, and online event coordination.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder interactions in a remote setting.
Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving enrollment targets and strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in marketing, management, education, or a related field is an advantage.
Prior experience mentoring or leading a small team, and familiarity with diverse learner profiles and inclusive recruitment practices.
