Role Description The Education Professional will work full time on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, delivering high-quality educational services and support. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, training sessions, and workshops, as well as adapting teaching materials to meet the needs of different learner profiles. The role involves continuous learner assessment, providing guidance and feedback, and maintaining clear documentation of progress and outcomes. The Education Professional will communicate regularly with learners, parents, and partner organizations, address queries and concerns, and provide responsive, learner-centered support. Collaboration with colleagues on curriculum development, program improvement, and community outreach will also be a key part of this position.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Education and Teaching skills, with experience in delivering structured learning programs or classroom instruction.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging with learners, families, and colleagues in a clear and professional manner.
Candidates should possess Training skills, including planning and facilitating workshops, sessions, or professional development activities.
Candidates should possess Customer Service abilities to respond to learner and parent needs, handle inquiries, and maintain a supportive learning environment.
Relevant academic background in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields; a bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple responsibilities, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience with inclusive education practices, basic counseling skills, and familiarity with local education systems in the Greater Delhi Area are beneficial.
