Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven spoken English/IELTS educator who can help students achieve their target band scores through structured guidance, real-time feedback, and interactive learning methods. If you love teaching English, correcting speaking & writing mistakes, and shaping global careers—this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct live spoken English classes (online)
Design lesson plans focused on:
Daily conversation
Grammar in context
Vocabulary building
Pronunciation improvement
Encourage active participation and speaking practice
Provide personalized feedback to students
Track student progress and maintain performance reports
Prepare students for:
Interviews
Public speaking
Group discussions
What We’re Looking For -
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in English or related field
Minimum 2-4 years of Spoken English teaching experience
Strong command of English (spoken & written)
Ability to conduct engaging and interactive sessions
Experience handling international students
Strong communication and mentoring skills
Ability to motivate low-confidence learners
