Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chemical Engineer role based in the Greater Vadodara Area. The Chemical Engineer will design, optimize, and troubleshoot chemical processes, working with cross-functional teams to improve plant efficiency, product quality, and safety. Daily responsibilities include performing process calculations, monitoring production parameters, conducting laboratory tests or pilot trials, and interpreting technical data to recommend improvements. The role involves preparing technical documentation, supporting scale-up and commissioning activities, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards. The Chemical Engineer will also collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to support projects from concept through implementation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and process optimization.
Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills for testing, sampling, basic analytical methods, and supporting process development.
Candidates should possess knowledge of the Chemical Industry, including unit operations, safety practices, and relevant standards.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Candidates should possess Process Engineering skills for process design, scale-up, P&ID understanding, and equipment selection.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Familiarity with process simulation or engineering software (e.g., Aspen, MATLAB, or similar) is beneficial.
Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in industrial chemical operations is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in production environments, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
