Role Description The Human Resources Manager Intern will support day‑to‑day HR operations in a dynamic, consulting‑focused environment. This internship role is remote. Responsibilities include assisting with talent sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews, as well as maintaining candidate records and HR documentation. The intern will help with onboarding activities, updating HR policies and procedures, and supporting employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes. The role may also involve preparing HR reports, helping organize training sessions, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, and collaborating with leadership to improve HR workflows and culture.
Qualifications
Foundational HR knowledge, including recruitment, onboarding, and basic employee relations.
Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills for handling multiple HR tasks.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and team members.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools and HR or productivity software (e.g., ATS, HRIS, spreadsheets).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic HR data and prepare summaries or reports.
Collaborative attitude, adaptability, and interest in working in a fast‑paced consulting and startup environment.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Interest in technology, consulting, and modern workplace practices; prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
