Role Description This remote Human Resources Management intern role offers hands-on experience in HR operations within a dynamic consulting environment. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with talent sourcing and screening, supporting onboarding and documentation, and maintaining HR records and databases. The intern will help coordinate virtual interviews and meetings, contribute to HR policies and process documentation, and support initiatives related to employee engagement and performance feedback. Additional tasks may involve preparing HR reports, conducting basic research on HR best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational culture and development. This is an internship role designed to provide practical learning, mentorship, and exposure to modern HR practices in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail in documentation, record-keeping, and scheduling.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates, team members, and stakeholders.
Proficiency with productivity tools and digital platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration tools, HR-related systems).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Interest in modern workplaces, startup ecosystems, and business consulting, with a learning mindset and openness to feedback.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Prior internship or project experience in HR, people operations, or related areas is beneficial but not required.
