Role Description The Injection Molding Operator is a full-time, on-site role based at our Coimbatore facility. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring injection molding machines to produce reusable food containers according to specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing materials, adjusting machine settings, performing routine inspections, and ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met. The operator will also perform basic preventive maintenance, identify machine or process issues, and collaborate with the quality and production teams to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Accurate documentation of production activities and adherence to safety and company policies are expected.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and Injection Molding.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and inspection of finished products.
Candidates should possess skills related to Injections and handling molding materials safely.
Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery.
Previous experience as an injection molding operator or in plastic manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical drawings, and production specifications.
Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in shifts, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate effectively with team members.
