JOB TITLE: CIVIL DESIGNER
Location: Chennai / Project Location
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Civil Designer to join our engineering team and support the preparation of civil and structural design deliverables for EPC, Oil & Gas, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings based on project requirements and engineering specifications.
Develop General Arrangement (GA), foundation, concrete, grading, paving, drainage, and related civil drawings.
Prepare 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Review engineering inputs, specifications, design criteria, and client requirements.
Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, and other engineering disciplines.
Prepare drawings, layouts, sections, details, and design documentation as required.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of civil drafting and design principles.
Familiarity with Civil 3D / MicroStation / Revit will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of civil and structural drawings, layouts, foundations, grading, drainage, and site development.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Relevant experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Engineering Design projects will be preferred.
Experience
2–6 years of relevant experience in civil design/drafting.
Freshers with strong AutoCAD knowledge may also be considered based on project requirements.
