We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic and operational business development initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the achievement of the organization's sales objectives.
Location: Urapakkam, Chennai (Work From Office)
Experience: 0–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct online counselling sessions with students and parents via Google Meet.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable STEM programs.
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide excellent customer support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or Telugu.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in EdTech, Inside Sales, Counselling, Telecalling, or Business Development is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
