Based at Head Office with extensive travel across secondary centers:

Experience
3–6 years in Internal Audit, Fraud Audit, Retail Audit, or Risk Management
Experience in Optical Retail, Healthcare, Eye Care, or Multi-location Retail preferred
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
CA Inter/CMA Inter/MBA (Finance) preferred
Key Responsibilities
Conduct fraud and risk audits across optical stores and secondary centers.
Identify revenue leakage, inventory discrepancies, and process control gaps.
Audit optical sales, billing, discounts, cash handling, and customer transactions.
Verify inventory accuracy through physical stock audits and reconciliation.
Detect fraudulent activities, policy violations, and operational irregularities.
Review compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and company policies.
Perform surprise audits and investigate high-risk transactions.
Analyze audit findings and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Inventory, and Store teams to ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of fraud detection techniques and Design Exception reports.
Experience with AI systems (Claude , Notebook , Chat GPT etc)
Excellent Mathematical abilities (atleast Class 10th maths) .
Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments
Travel Requirement
Extensive travel is mandatory across Vision and Secondary center locations.
