Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Aurangabad. The Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repair work on vehicles according to company standards and manufacturer guidelines. Daily activities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, using diagnostic tools, replacing parts, and ensuring that all work meets safety and quality requirements. The role also involves maintaining clean and organized work areas, documenting service activities, and collaborating with service advisors and colleagues to provide timely and accurate customer service. The Technician may support test drives and final checks to confirm that vehicles are safe and ready for delivery.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in automotive maintenance and repair, including mechanical and basic electrical diagnostics.
Ability to read and follow technical manuals, service procedures, and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety practices, and adherence to quality standards.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a service team environment.
Basic computer skills for entering service data and using diagnostic software tools.
Relevant technical diploma, certification, or vocational training in automotive technology or a related field.
Prior experience as an automotive technician or apprentice in a workshop or dealership is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Aurangabad and adapt to a fast-paced automotive service environment.
