Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (D360). The ideal candidate should have 6–8 years of overall Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Data Cloud experience.
Mandatory Skills
6–8 years of overall Salesforce development experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 experience
Strong experience with Data Cloud architecture and implementation
Data Ingestion and Data Streams
Data Lake Objects (DLO)
Data Model Objects (DMO)
Data Mapping and Data Transformations
Data Unification and Identity Resolution
Calculated Insights
Data Cloud Segmentation
Activation and activation targets
Salesforce CRM data integration
APIs and external data-source integrations
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex, SOQL and Lightning
Experience troubleshooting Data Cloud data pipelines and integrations
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud/D360 solutions.
Configure and manage data ingestion from Salesforce and external data sources.
Build and maintain Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, Data Models, and mappings.
Implement identity resolution and data unification strategies.
Develop Calculated Insights and Segmentation solutions.
Configure Data Cloud activation and integration with downstream systems.
Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements.
Troubleshoot data ingestion, transformation, mapping, and activation issues.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and scalability.
Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce and third-party applications.
Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
