Sr. Consultant – Python Backend Tech Lead

Role Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Consultant – Python Backend Tech Lead to lead backend development, architecture, and delivery while remaining hands-on with coding.
Key Skills
Python – 5+ years
Django / Flask – Strong production experience
AWS – EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, API Gateway
Apache Kafka – Producers, consumers, topics, partitions & event-driven architecture
Technical Leadership – 3+ years leading/mentoring engineering teams
REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, ORM
Docker, CI/CD and production support
Strong knowledge of system design, scalability and performance
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
Lead technical architecture and engineering best practices.
Write and review high-quality Python code.
Lead and mentor engineering teams.
Design Kafka-based event-driven solutions.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
Troubleshoot performance and production issues.
