🕒 Shift: US Rotational shifts
💼 Experience: 3-7 years (2+ years as a Team Lead)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a high-performing team handling international financial services.
Drive core metrics including AHT, CSAT, FCR, Quality, and SLA adherence.
Conduct regular huddles, 1-on-1 coaching, performance reviews, and handle escalations.
Partner closely with Quality, Training, and WFM teams to optimize floor operations.
What We're Looking For:
Mandatory experience managing international voice or blended processes.
Background in Banking, Fintech, Payments, or BFSI is strongly preferred.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
