Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Noida. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards, and create layout plans that optimize space usage and reflect client needs and preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing detailed drawings, coordinating with architects and contractors, and selecting materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves site visits, measurements, and supervision of implementation to ensure that work matches approved designs and quality standards. The Interior Designer will also participate in client meetings, present design proposals, and collaborate with the team to manage project timelines and adherence to budgets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical and visually cohesive layouts.
Knowledge of Architecture and experience coordinating design intent with structural and MEP considerations.
Proficiency in preparing accurate Construction Drawings and detailed documentation for on-site execution.
Experience with FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories aligned with project concepts and budgets.
Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact confidently with clients and vendors.
Detail-oriented approach, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to work on-site in Noida as required by project schedules.
