Role Description The Talent Acquisition Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Home. In this position, the consultant works directly with client organizations to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Daily responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, advising hiring managers on selection decisions, and managing the offer and onboarding process. The Talent Acquisition Consultant maintains accurate recruitment documentation, tracks key hiring metrics, and prepares reports for clients. The role also involves building talent pipelines, fostering relationships with potential candidates, collaborating with HR and business stakeholders, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or HR generalist roles, preferably within a client-facing environment.
Ability to source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels and tools (job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals).
Strong interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection skills, with a structured and fair assessment approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
Comfort with using HR or applicant tracking systems (ATS), as well as standard productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
Knowledge of basic employment practices, hiring compliance, and inclusive recruitment principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated consultative mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide clear, data-informed recommendations to clients.
