Role Description The Quality Control Analyst (Only Travel Industry) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for monitoring and reviewing travel bookings, itineraries, and related documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and alignment with client requirements. The analyst will perform regular audits of transactions and processes, identify errors or inconsistencies, and coordinate with operations and customer service teams to implement corrective actions. Daily tasks include preparing quality reports, tracking key performance indicators, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining updated knowledge of travel industry standards and internal guidelines, supporting training activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing travel-related data and documentation.
Knowledge of travel industry operations, such as bookings, ticketing, itineraries, and fare rules; prior experience in a travel or hospitality environment is preferred.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and reservation or booking systems; ability to learn new software and platforms quickly.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide clear feedback on quality issues.
Organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, including openness to feedback and willingness to follow established processes.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education in travel, tourism, business, or a related field is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
