5+ years of experience in Cruise Sales / International Travel Sales

Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month
Role Description The International Travel Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for generating and managing international travel sales, including identifying prospects, presenting travel solutions, and closing deals with individual and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations and itineraries, maintaining client accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking sales performance, and updating CRM or sales records regularly. The International Travel Sales Executive is also expected to stay informed about travel products, routes, pricing, and market trends to effectively promote services and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong International Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive environment.
Candidates should possess solid International Business knowledge, including understanding global markets, cultural considerations, and cross-border client interactions.
Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills, focused on managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Candidates should possess Account Management experience, including maintaining client portfolios, following up on leads, and nurturing repeat business.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present travel solutions clearly and persuasively.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple client requests and sales activities simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or sales management tools is beneficial; familiarity with travel booking systems or GDS platforms is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Tourism, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in travel or international sales.
