Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Doctors role based in Pune City, with an annual compensation of approximately 12 LPA. The doctor will provide comprehensive clinical care, including patient consultations, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up. Daily responsibilities include examining patients, ordering and interpreting investigations, prescribing medications, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves coordinating with nursing and support staff, participating in case discussions, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The doctor will be expected to communicate clearly with patients and families, provide health education, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the facility.
Qualifications
Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution and valid medical registration/license as per local regulations.
Clinical experience in outpatient and/or inpatient settings, with strong diagnostic and treatment skills across common medical conditions.
Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, timely medical documentation and follow established clinical protocols and guidelines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and evidence-based care, with attention to patient safety and quality standards.
Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage a full-time schedule, and handle emergency or urgent cases as required.
Experience in hospital or clinic-based practice and familiarity with basic medical software or electronic health records is an advantage.
Willingness to participate in continuous professional development, training, and updates on medical best practices.
