Role Description PA to Director This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Ahmedabad. The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior leadership, including managing diaries and schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining records and files, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments. The role also involves managing phone calls and emails, acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations to ensure leadership can focus on strategic priorities.
Qualifications
Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leadership effectively.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with stakeholders and preparing professional correspondence.
Proficient Diary Management abilities, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting organization.
Reliable Clerical Skills such as document preparation, filing, record maintenance, and data entry.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work with attention to detail.
Comfort with basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and office equipment.
Prior experience in an assistant or administrative role; experience in manufacturing or chemical industries is an advantage.
Relevant educational background, such as a diploma or degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
