Role Description The Finance Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Baghpat. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial performance, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting decision-making with accurate financial insights. The role involves managing financial controls, compliance with regulatory requirements, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and optimizing processes to improve profitability and risk management. The Finance Manager will also mentor team members and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.
Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and variance analysis, including experience with spreadsheets and financial software tools.
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance with relevant regulations in the lending or banking sector.
Experience in credit risk assessment, loan portfolio management, and profitability analysis within financial services is preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, CMA) are an advantage.
