Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for experienced technology professionals with backgrounds in Software Engineering, Backend Development, Full-Stack Development, Application Development, APIs, Databases, Cloud, Microservices, and Enterprise Software.
The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, maintain, and improve scalable software applications while providing technical guidance to junior engineers and developers.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
Candidates with 3+ years of relevant software-development or software-engineering experience are encouraged to apply.
Candidates currently working as Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Senior Software Developer, Backend Engineer, Backend Developer, Full Stack Developer, Application Developer, Java Developer, Python Developer, or Senior Application Engineer are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
Strong programming knowledge in at least one language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, PHP, Go, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, software architecture, APIs, databases, and software-development principles.
Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, Django, Flask, FastAPI, .NET, or similar technologies.
Good understanding of REST APIs, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
Experience with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, code reviews, branching strategies, testing, debugging, and collaborative development workflows.
Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, caching, messaging, asynchronous processing, or scalable backend architecture will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, or similar technologies will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps practices will be beneficial.
Understanding of application security, database design, performance optimization, logging, monitoring, and production support.
Experience in mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, or taking ownership of technical modules will be beneficial.
Good analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently handle software modules and projects.
