Role Description
We are looking for a Product Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career software professionals interested in working across Product Development, Software Engineering, Backend Development, Full-Stack Development, Web Applications, APIs, Databases, Cloud, Automation, and Digital Products.
The Product Software Engineer will work closely with IT, business, data, operations, production, finance, supply chain, sales, and other teams to design, develop, test, and improve software products and internal digital solutions that solve real business and operational problems.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in software engineering, product development, application development, backend development, full-stack development, web development, or related technology roles can apply.
Candidates currently working as Product Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Product Engineer, Backend Developer, Full Stack Developer, Application Developer, Java Developer, Python Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from product companies, SaaS, IT services, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, PHP, or similar technologies.
Understanding of software-development fundamentals, data structures, APIs, databases, object-oriented programming, and application architecture.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar databases will be an advantage.
Exposure to frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Basic understanding of REST APIs, web services, Git, GitHub, and version control will be an advantage.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, product-development cycles, user stories, or software-release processes will be an advantage.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand user and business requirements and convert them into software solutions.
Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
Internship, coding project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance work, startup project, personal product, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
Strong willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, products, and business systems.
