Marketing & Public Relations (PRO) Executive – Hospital

Location- Faizabad, Gorakhpur & Kathmandu
We are looking for a confident and proactive Hospital Marketing & PR Executive to promote hospital services, build strong relationships with patients, doctors, clinics, local organizations, and referral partners, and increase patient footfall through effective offline marketing and public relations activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute offline hospital marketing activities including banners, hoardings, pamphlets, brochures, newspaper advertisements, and promotional materials.
Build and maintain relationships with local doctors, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, organizations, and referral partners.
Promote hospital services, facilities, health packages, and special medical camps in the local community.
Coordinate and support health camps, awareness programs, promotional events, and community outreach activities.
Handle patient/public communication and maintain a positive image of the hospital.
Conduct local market visits to identify new promotional and business opportunities.
Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, referrals, and patient inquiries and submit regular reports to management.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma/Certification in Marketing, Public Relations, or Healthcare Management will be an advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare marketing, PR, field marketing, or business development.
Freshers with good communication and networking skills may also be considered.
