Role Description The Production Merchandiser role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Production Merchandiser manages the end-to-end merchandising lifecycle, including coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, tracking production schedules, and ensuring product quality and timely deliveries. This role involves maintaining accurate order documentation, monitoring inventory levels, and aligning production outputs with retail and sales requirements. The Production Merchandiser collaborates with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to plan assortments, support promotions, and respond to market demand. Day-to-day activities include regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, resolving production issues, and preparing reports on product performance and timelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and clients.
Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand market trends, store requirements, and product performance at the point of sale.
Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support product positioning, promotional activities, and brand-consistent merchandising.
Relevant experience in production merchandising, garment or consumer goods manufacturing, or supply chain coordination is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines are required.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, inventory or ERP systems, and basic data analysis is an advantage.
A diploma or degree in merchandising, fashion, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
