Role Description The 3D Designer role at Naukripay group is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The 3D Designer will create high-quality 3D models, environments, and visual assets for various digital and print projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and designers, developing concepts and storyboards, refining 3D renders, and optimizing assets for animation or production. The role involves working on lighting setups, textures, and visual effects, as well as providing design support and revisions based on stakeholder feedback. The 3D Designer will maintain organized project files, meet deadlines, and stay current with industry tools and trends.
Qualifications
Strong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills for creating detailed assets and environments.
Proficiency in Lighting techniques to enhance realism, mood, and visual impact.
Ability in Animation to produce smooth motion, transitions, and dynamic visual sequences.
Graphic Design capabilities to integrate 3D work with layouts, typography, and branding.
Experience with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite).
Solid understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment in Jaipur.
Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field; portfolio demonstrating 3D design and animation work is required.
