Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Ludhiana. The Social Media Content Creator will develop and execute content ideas for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels, aligned with brand and campaign goals. Daily responsibilities include planning content calendars, writing captions, coordinating with the clients. The role involves monitoring trends, engaging with audiences through comments and messages, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to optimize content performance. The Social Media Content Creator will also support basic analytics reporting to help refine strategy and improve reach and engagement.
Ability to plan and produce engaging social media content, including short-form videos, reels, stories, and static posts.
Familiarity with photo/video editing tools or mobile editing apps(Vn, Capcut, Canva) for content creation.
Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement practices.
Good communication and collaboration skills for working with production, design, and marketing teams on-site.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced production environment.
