Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Delhi, India. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The role includes helping implement HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and providing administrative support for HR documentation and compliance. The intern will also assist with tracking attendance and leave, gathering information on employee benefits, and collaborating with HR team members on personnel management tasks and HR-related reports.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
Understanding or coursework related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to support policy implementation.
Interest in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee lifecycle activities.
Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills for handling multiple tasks accurately.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members at all levels.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel, email tools); experience with HRIS or HR software is an advantage.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, demonstrate integrity, maintain confidentiality, and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
