Role Overview
We are looking for a Visual Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience who is strong in visual
communication. You will work closely with the core team to create social media content, reports,
presentations, and data-driven visual assets, while ensuring our brand feels cohesive across all mediums.
Key Responsibilities
• Print and Physical Touchpoints
• Design engaging Instagram & LinkedIn posts (static and carousel), and create YouTube & Instagram
Reels thumbnails.
• Design assets for physical spaces, including signage, wayfinding, packaging, merchandise, and event collateral.
• Maintain consistent brand systems across all physical and digital touchpoints, following PMX Health brand guidelines.
• Design new scalable health report templates and create simple infographics to explain health metrics.
• Design clear, visually appealing presentation decks and infographics for internal use, doctors, partners, or clients, while continuously improving visual styles and layouts.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visual Designer.
• Experience in both print and digital design.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Comfortable creating and working with scalable templates, structured data, and reports.
• Understanding of reels/thumbnail psychology and CTR-focused design.
